How to make kikiam

Kikiam

Que-kiam is a Chinese dish adopted into Filipino cuisine. Known as kikiam, it is made by frying ground pork and vegetables wrapped 


Kikiam ingredients

1 lb ground pork
1 can water chestnut (Grated)
2 large grated carrots
1 large onion finely chopped
spring onions
1 cup finely chopped shrimps
3 eggs 
1 cup flour
1 tbsp chinese 5 spice
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tbsp brown sugar
4 tbsp oyster sauce
bean curd sheets
cornstarch and water
